Ten group members made a three-day trip to Morocco. Our first day was spent travelling, then walking around Tangiers. The following day a local guide took us on a bus trip to Chef Chouen in the Atlas Mountains, where we met a local group weaving colourful silk carpets. We visited the town's souk which was teeming with people, where we found a shop selling wonderful embroidery threads. Our guide gave us an overall insight into the region's customs and traditions. Several of us would like to visit again.
A well deserved tea break in Chef-Chouen!
